Training on Effective Participation in Fairs in Gaziantep and Malatya.

Under the leadership of GAIB Southeastern Anatolia Exporters’ Associations General Secretariat, we held face-to-face trainings on Effective Participation in Fairs in Gaziantep between September 25-27 and in Malatya between September 28-30, 2023. The Training on Effective Participation in Fairs, organized by our founder Mehmet Dükkancı, took place in an interactive way, with the participants adding their experiences, contributing and asking a lot of questions.
28 export, sales and marketing managers of various companies from different sectors operating in Gaziantep participated in the training held at GAIB headquarters in Gaziantep.
Exports, sales, marketing, finance managers from different sectors from different companies operating in Malatya participated in the training held at GAİB service building in Malatya.
Participation certificates to the company managers who participated in the training were given by GAİB.

Training on Getting Efficiency from Exhibiting
It is the training program we organize for companies that want to host plenty of customers at their stand during the fair, prepare their stands correctly, evaluate it correctly, carry out customer-generating activities at their stand, find customers from visitors, take orders, make sales and exports. The training covers topics for stand construction, shows at the fair, logistical preparations and customer-oriented fair preparation.

Training on Finding Customers from a Trade Fair Visit
In the Training on Finding Customers from Fair Visits, it is explained how to find customers and make sales by just visiting the fair without a stand, what kind of preliminary preparation, what kind of fair activity and what kind of work should be done after the fair.

Training on Finding Customers from Bilateral Negotiation Programs
In the Training on Finding Customers from Bilateral Meeting Programs, it is explained what kind of preparation should be done before, what kind of activity should be done during the delegation and what kind of work should be done afterwards in order to get efficiency from organized hosted buyers delegations or trade delegations organized within the scope of exporters’ unions, chambers of commerce and industry, URGE Projects, fairs, to meet the right people and find customers.
