On Thursday, August 24th between 14:00 and 17:00 BIFAS Fuarclık organized a special Training for the exhibitors of IBIA EXPO a special Training on Finding Customers from Exhibiting in a zoom environment.

Our trainer Mehmet Dükkancı gave a 3-hour long training to over 80 representatives of the companies exhibiting in the IBIA EXPO on how to prepare before the fair, how to work during the fair and what to do after the fair so that they can host more prospective customers with high ordering potential at their fair stands.

How can we prepare better?

At the beginning of the IBIA EXPO Finding Customers from the Fair Training, Osman GÜLER, President of IBIA Association, stated that their members consist of companies that regularly participate in fairs, that they spend serious budgets for each fair, but that they receive complaints from the managers of member companies that cannot get enough efficiency from the fair from time to time, so they need such a training.

Ümit Vural, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BİFAŞ Fuarcılık, who took the floor afterwards, stated that as the fair organizer, they work very well on many issues to fulfill their duties of promotion and invitation, but that it is the responsibility of the exhibitor company to develop trade with the visitors coming to the fair, and that they organized this training in order to explain how companies can better benefit from the visitors they bring to the fair.

How can we meet with 256 customers who may place an order?

Following the opening speeches, Fuarista Trainer Mehmet Dükkancı explained with examples in a short 3-hour training how companies should prepare to find more customers at the IBIA Expo, how they should work at the fair and what they should do after the fair.
